When I renovated my kitchen, Sam was the salesman for the job. He was reliable, honest and always attentive. When I had questions or issues, Sam always returned my calls promptly, and made sure I was happy with the end result. We hired AHM Designers for installing cabinets and countertops for our kitchen and bathrooms. Very satisfied with the timelines and quality of their finishing work. upon final inspection, all identified corrections are completed within the expected time. Thank you AHM and your team.

This kitchen renovation was a disaster from the beginning, delayed delivery. They damaged my front yard when delivering. The kitchen on one side was installed off by a 1/4 inch from one side to the other. Several defects in material. Valance was not put in properly and had to be done 2 times and now I have to live with holes on the underside. Gables that should have been one piece, was not, they tried to cover it leaving my cabinet doors with paint drops. I spent over 20 000 dollars to end up feeling unsatisfied. And their compensation was next to nothing. 6 months to install my kitchen. They also messed up on the design and I could not get the lemans as promised with no money back. Absolutely not reputable company.

Our ensuite bathroom renovation became a prolonged nightmare dealing with AHM Designers who made and installed our vanities and linen tower. Our reno started in January 2022 and was projected to last three weeks maximum. All proceeded well until the vanities, linen tower and mirrors arrived from AHM Designers. The first pieces had multiple issues including defective paint work, chips in the finish, a scratch on one of the mirrors, an off balanced vanity frame and missing pieces. Our contractor returned the defective pieces at the beginning of February 2022. We were given a two week period for the new pieces. Six weeks later the second set of parts were delivered with similar imperfection issues. These were finally replaced at the end of June 2022 after numerous emails and calls to our contractor and to AHM Designers directly. We DO NOT RECOMMEND AHM Designers! Their workmanship does not reflect their statements in their brochures about quality. Our experience is that they do not really care about customer satisfaction. Our numerous calls were heard and some attempt was made after MONTHS of contacting them to correct the situation. Our vanities are now installed. They are good enough but only because of our insistence that the issues be corrected. As an analogy, we did not buy a used carwe bought a new car. Dont make us feel badly because we dont want scratches, dents, imperfect paint and misaligned parts in the product.

This company is so unprofessional, unpleasant, awful workmanship, awful timelines, poor design, misleading. They were 6 months late on our project and we had to hire another company to finish the work. BEWARE!!

Purchased an AHM 96 inch vanity set including make up table in October of 2020. Paid over $4,400. Decided to go with AHM because we were told they were 100% Canadian. Vanity arrived in January and, due to Covid, was installed in March of 2021. Sadly, once installed we discovered the vanity was poorly constructed and poorly painted. Brought this situation to the attention of AHM and was told they would send a replacement vanity (originally tried for physical and/or financial help with removal of old and reinstall of new including plumbing hook up but that was not going to happen). That was 7 months ago. We're still waiting. I call on a regular basis asking for a status update. Each time I get a heartfelt apology and promise that something will happen. Nothing!!! Now, the AHM person who promised on Thursday the delivery of new vanity yesterday is on vacation for 2 weeks and no one else seems to know what's going on. Very disappointed customers who only wanted a decent vanity made by Canadians in Canada.

The only satisfactory piece was the reasonable timeline in which the vanity was delivered to the third party boutique retailer I was dealing with.
Once the vanity was delivered to my home and unpacked, I quickly realized there was a problem in that one of the doors was improperly pre-drilled for the handles. Three of the 4 doors of the vanity were drilled at 3 inches from the top of the door. The fourth door was at 2 ¾ inches. I contacted the third party boutique and a sales rep from the manufacturer came to assess, and consequently agreed, then removed two of the doors (including the one that was done incorrectly) and left me feeling that this would be a priority and quickly corrected.
I checked in with the sales rep 10 days after he left with the doors for a status report. At that time he checked with the customer service rep and the production manager that the door was not ready, though “I will stay on top of this”.
My next check in was 10 days later (day #20). The sales rep said he was in contact with the customer service rep and was awaiting an update.
My next check in was on day #26. The sales rep responded in general surprise that I had not received them as the production manager promised him they would be delivered the past Friday (21 days after they had originally been picked up from my home).
I contacted the sales rep again on day 27 and 28 with my displeasure. The sales rep responded telling me he was assured the production manager would deliver them that day on his way home from work. Later on day 28 I received a call from the production manager who said he would deliver them the following day (Saturday at 1:00). When I told him I expected the doors to be installed to ensure consistency in colour, trim, and handle location, he said he would check and call me right back.
I followed up with a text and phone call, with no acknowledgement or response.
My wife stayed home the entire next day, as he said he would be delivering them at 1:00 on Saturday.
Both my wife and I texted and called the production manager on Saturday with no acknowledgement or response.
On day 31 I called the production manager who answered the phone (hooray). I asked him why he did not come on the weekend as promised. He said that he was unable and unwilling to connect the hinges to install the doors. I asked why he did not call me back on Friday and disregarded our attempts to contact him afterwards. His response was that I needed to talk to the sales rep and customer service rep to coordinate that. With no apology or explanation, he said he would deliver them later that evening. At the time of the scheduled delivery, he called and said he was unable to make it.
Finally on day 32, he delivered the doors, and refused to enter the home nor wait for me to install and verify they were the correct trim, handle location, and finished colour. It took me all of 5 minutes to connect the doors and adjust the hinges for level and spacing.

I could not be more disappointed in this entire organization. Stay far away! Do not deal with AHM designers, take your business elsewhere.

Our contractor referred us to AHM to do our kitchen.
After a year kitchen cupboards and doors started to chip, peel and bubble. In our opinion a very inferior product. Rep wanted to give me paint. Told him I needed the problem fixed. After that he ignored my calls and texts. Called office to speak to owners. Was given the runaround for many days. Finally a manager came on the line and promised he would visit our home by the next day. He never came.
In our opinion terrible after care service.

DO NOT USE
