Mark and Farhad recently replaced my hot water tank after multiple contractors had fallen through or failed to call me back. I had a rental unit that vents out to the roof of a 2 story building with a flat tar roof. Mark provided a competitive quote to remove and replace the unit with a new purchased 40 gallon power vented tank, but had originally underestimated the amount of work so the final price was a few hundred dollars higher than the original quote. That being said, It was still well worth the price and Mark was always very honest and reasonable.

For the AC repair, I was hoping to repair it versus a replacement of the older unit. Mark communicated to me that a replacement would be a better choice to prevent continuous repairs. Mark wound up repairing the unit, which now works brilliantly but there was a small communication issue between him ,my partner and I due to the way I managed the project while I was at work and my partner at home. In the end it worked out and the job was completed in a professional and timely manner and as long as the project is clearly specified by the homeowner, Mark will do a great job. I will definitely work with Mark and House depot again.
