My 5 year old furnace has stopped heating the air on Friday night, December 27. Not a good time to be without heating... After looking for possible causes and founding out nothing I can do with it myself I called to Mark at 8 pm for help. He asked if it is OK to come tomorrow morning at 10 am. He arrived on time and located the broken part pretty quickly. But he did not have a replacement part (pressure sensor) on hand so he adjusted not working one so it starts to work but warned it could stop at any time again. This is what exactly happened in one day, on Sunday. Again, no vendor was available to buy the sensor so Mark has offered a similar one for free to pick up until he could buy a new exact part. I installed myself the replacement and we spent our holidays in a warm house. I was impressed how fast, professional and knowledgeable Mark is.
