Mark and his team came by to take a look at my older furnace which stopped working the evening before. He was very professional, came within the hour, finished the job quickly. It was a huge relief to me since I have young kids at home and it was freezing in the middle of winter.
He actually repaired my furnace about 3 years back and also did an excellent and thorough job. At that time it was a bigger job, and with the age of my furnace I was surprised it lasted that long before needing repairs again, which speaks to the quality of work he did last time. I would not hesitate to continue to reach out to him for help.
