My hot water tank had a slow leak. I called the Reliance 1-866 number and the service department was very fast at generating my repair order in the system. I had Luke Archer at my home in 1/2 hour for an expectation. He put my mind at ease and scheduled my appoint the next day at my convenience and time that would work for me. Now that is customer service. The next day Luke and Dana returned to my home to replace the water tank. They were very efficient and considerate and they both work very well together and I was impressed at how they communicated through out the job. Reliance Home Comfort you have a great team working for you
