Worst delivery experience ever! Twice had confirmed delivery dates that they failed to meet. They use a 3rd party delivery service that dictates delivery date and time, and will not accept requests for a different time slot.
CAS customer service and sales will not assist with delivery issues. As a result of such a dismal experience on the first half of my order, I cancelled the remaining appliance delivery and requested a refund. Funny thing is, they still showed up with the delivery a day later. CAS can't even properly communicate a cancellation within their own company.
CAS provides a perfect example of why people just go to the big box stores for their appliances...it's just way less hassle.
