On Time, Quick and Efficient

Ira arrived on time to change my deadbolt lock. He was courteous and polite and got to work immediately. He finished the job in less than 30 minutes. I was very pleased.

Weatherproofing

Toronto

One of my tenants complained that her unit was drafty on cold days. Trimark Maintenance was recommended to me. Andy from Trimark came out to do an assessment. He was prompt and quickly determined that weatherproofing would solve the issue. A second appointment was set and Andy came out and did the weatherproofing in less than an hour. The job was done well and my tenant assures me the unit is now warm and cozy.
