Terrible Customer Service - Tge Worst Ever
Service itself was not on drop off, pick up, or again on final delivery. Drivers were courteous. Last driver seemed a bit inexperienced @ driving in tight plsces, but with help ftom my paryner, he got the job done.
The woman who answers the phone-- CARLA is a nightmare. She is rude & totally unprofessional. She make promises (scheduling specific times, then reneged) . I expect compensation for my troubles. If they want to have a successful business, they should start by getting rid of CARLA. This person will only drain thier business. If they do this, and provide compensation, I'd definitely consider giving them another chance. I'll need more services, moving & storage again in few months.
On the other hand, I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND MICRO MOVERS.. Francisco & Alan were awesome & very professional. I'll be using these guys again.
