Doubled their price stating that they'd spend more time each visit, with a minimum of 2h. I gave them a list of additional things to use up the time. They didn't do a single thing on the list.

ask for a written estimate when calling this company because a verbal estimate cannot be trusted, the verbal estimate was much lower than the actual bill. Will not use this company again.
