Fresh And Clean Carpet Cleaning

I do not recommend them to clean Pet Odors (Urine). I called the company asking if they can get dog urine out of the rug, They said they can. Cost for cleaning $80.00. Then they came over and told me they will use a special cleaner for the urine and there was a cost to it. Turns out, my $80.00 cleaning came to $170.00 and the rug smelled worse than before. I called them to discuss and was told I will never get the smell of urine out. Has I known BEFORE I paid that amount I would never have tried. They offered a redo but..why bother when nothing will change? I hated the humidity smell and the damp carpets I had after but perhaps that can be any company.
