If you want good service go to these guys, they helped me with my gas heater over the phone as I am 500 miles north of Whitehorse Yukon Terr.
First phoned Grand Prairie Alb and talked with Brain who was very knowledgeable , he then referred me to Loran and Chad at the Edmonton office as the shipping will be cheaper for me from that location. They then spent hours over the day helping me troubleshoot the issue with my heater. This is defiantly my go to business for anything related to gas or wood heating stoves.
