placed an order for 3 bar chairs at Crown Furniture... it never got delivered.
Whenever I tried to call the store, its like 1 out of 100 tries that they pick up the phone, then they ask you to wait for another 15 minute, then they tell you to call back, becuase either the chairs weren't there yet from the manufacturer, or that the sales man to sold me the chairs weren't there!! Horrible services!! I had to make 3 more trip to the stores myself to get my deposit back!! DO NOT BUY FROM CROWN FURNITURE!!

They are thugs. They don't care about you, they don't deliver on time, and they are aggressive about collecting money. This kind of business simply should not be allowed to exist. Worst experience ever.

very very poor experience. delivery time was way over 4 weeks. HST was wrong (30% rate) and customer service was really really poor.

I bought a dining room table and 6 chairs from Omer. It was very difficult to deal with anyone in this shop, it was almost like BEGGING them to sell me furniture. The color of the chair that I wanted was very hard to find. So when the delivery arrived, I opened one box of chairs to confirm whether I had the right color or not. Of course, the color was wrong. I then told the delivery guy that I was not going to take the charis because they were not the right ones. The delivery guy called Omer and then Omer then told the delivery guys to open all the boxes to confirm all the chirs were incorrect. As the delivery guys did this, they ripped a massive cut into the chair (pic attached) and did not tell me. Turns out the delivery guys did not pick up the slip covers to come with the order, I then got the same chairs back and when I discovered the cut, I was blamed for it! The drivers told Omer that I opened all the boxes and I caused the cut. These guys are not truthful, dont buy from them!

I paid good money ($1250) for a leather couch. When the product arrived, it looked absolutely nothing like what was on display at the store. They deceived me about the fact that only the back and sides were not leather...the my sofa came, not only was the back and sides not leather, the inner sides of the sofa as well as the whole front were not leather. I was given a guarantee from the sales guy that it was only going to the back and sides. The stitching on the sofa was uneven, the chair looked lob-sided, the seams weren't even the right colours, the metal foots weren't centered and looked completely wrong and the square cushions had obvious flaws throughout, it wasn't even square cushions, the corners were warped. I felt sick to my stomach looking at how poor the craftsmanship was. They did nothing to rectify the situation and made no claims on any promises. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE GUYS, EVER!!! THEY ARE POSTED ON KIJIJI AND CRAIGSLIST...

I went to the store to get the Klic Sofa Bed, I ordered the brown color, and then it never got delivered!

And later I call back to find out where the sofa goes, they told me that they don't have brown color, they only have black. So I have to end up getting a black sofa. The delivery suppose to be within 5 days after the purchase, but it end up taking over 2 weeks.

After the sofa has arrived, they are also missing screws to attach the legs as well.

It is such a nightmare, DO NOT buy anything from this store!!!
