With all the snow we have had this season, my parking spot has been cleared only once. With the freeze thaw periods we've had, parking spots remain messy and slippery. It would help to receive notice as to when these spots would be cleared so that owners could remove their vehicles to allow proper clearing. This hasn't happened once. Walkways and steps have also not been consistently cleared or salted. Having snow continually packing down on walkways and steps without being properly removed is leaving very slippery and dangerious conditions for owners and visitors.

We didn't realize a review was posted here so I apologize for the delay in responding. Firstly, we don't offer residential service in Rockcliffe Park & Manor Park. Perhaps you live at one of the new condominiums? We'd have to get more information to confirm if we were responsible for the clearing.
However, I can speak generally to the issue you mention. The property managers typically organize a day and time with the residents of a condo to move their cars so the individual spots can be cleared. This would happen after several snow falls or approximately once per month. For these types of clearings it is entirely up to the condo's property manager to organize as we are not party to the residents' email addresses to proactively contact them.
