Like many others, I would not recommend this builder. Poor workmanship, cutting corners, no accountability, poor after service to mention a few reasons. This has been the worst two years of my life, not planning on staying in my home...very disappointing for a very large price tag.

I purchased a home from these builders and the first thing I would advise anyone in search of a home is run while you can. The workmanship of this company is very poor and I would never recommend this to anyone. We received our home 3 months later than expected without proper notification and it was noticeably rushed and we were very unhappy with the finish of the house. The appointments to fix the issues were made but never done to our satisfaction. Even to this day we have issues with scheduling appointment to fix our house. Very unprofessional and not someone you want to trust with your new home. Please take this review into consideration before you step into a huge mess!

I purchased one of the houses built by this company. A two year-old house. From what we could see everything was fine but after we moved in we realized that the house was build very poorly (workmanship and materials). We ended up selling the house after just two and half years living there. I believe this company does not build quality houses and does not use professional trade people to build. This company cuts the corners to the point that the finish product (the houses) will be very costly to fix and/or maintain.
