Bought a Whirlpool Microwave April 4, 2022 and installed it, The Microwave was faulty. I called the store the next day April 5, 2022 and was expecting them to replace it since it never worked and its 20 hours old. Well talked to many people and Quest relations and to my knowledge read the fine print on return policy. No returns on appliances what so ever until a tech deems it needs to be replaced. So they are sending a teck out 1 week from today to access it. Never told about return policy? You would think they would say no problem bring it down since it never worked from start. What happens to people that buy a stove or fridge? they plug it in and it does not work? Really Dufresne? this is how you treat someone that is a loyal customer? I go without a Microwave for how long? I understand if I had it for a period of time and it became faulty but from brand new. I hope this sends a signal to the top before it goes social media crazy. Update April 6, 2022. Dufresne customer service called me back and exchanged it for me. Krystal from Dufresne was very understanding. Thank you for your understanding.
