Kitchenaid

Bought Kitchen aid KDTE204ess dishwasher, it didn't come with a plug, found this out after we opened the box. Trail appliances and Kitchen aid didn't feel it was necessary to inform us it was only set up to hard wire. This dishwasher is very difficult to load wastes a lot of space and when you use the included dishwasher tablet it doesn't completely dissolve, big clump in tablet slot when cycle finished. When you go to the kitchen aid site I've discovered that they will only post positive reviews , they have not posted my negative review please beware. Very poor customer service from KA and Trail.

I purchased a kitchenaid 9 cup food processor with blade attachments. I love this product! I would highly recommend! I use it practically on a daily basis for cutting vegetables. I had looked at the 7 cup but it seemed too small, I am very glad I went with the large model. The base is heavy however it anchors the appliance well. It has a nice look to it and does not take up too much counter space.

I will never buy a kitchenaid appliance again. I moved into a relatively new house (2005) and within the month, both the KitchenAid dishwasher and oven broke down. And the repair bills were hardly worth the cost of the appliances, so I had to buy new ones (not KitchenAid, that's for sure). I called KitchenAid to see if there were any recalls since the very poor design of the appliances were main factors in the break downs. They said they've never heard of the problem before (although it was all over the web). Goodbye KitchenAid, hello Bosch and Electrolux.
