Do not take pride in their work whatsoever

Home was slowly rotting. Told builder did nothing to help. Home only 7 years old at the time, but this was an issue that has progressed due to improper workmanship or lack of knowledge. They have been in this area for a long time and everyone on my street that built with them have complained.
They do nothing to fix there workmanship and continue to build shotty homes. My garage was the issue the wall was rotting where the steps met the wall. No vapor barrier was added to an area that had high moisture. Location was in Oakbank

One year into our R&B home, and we are really happy with it. Foundation is solid, everything is well designed and executed.

We've built with Randall Homes and this was by far a much better experience. With R&B Homes, we visited the construction site many times and were greeted by professional, knowledgeable contractors. They were flexible with our change orders, and were able to make good decisions to fix issues with our design.

Very few problem in the past year of ownership. All taken care of quickly, including a same-day furnace repair.

Excellent experience, house finished on time, well worth the money. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

This builder couldn't build a house that last longer than a car.
Had an issue in my garage ( mold) removed insulation and drywall then found a deteriorating wall. The concrete which is only only 7 years old looks like its been here for 40 years. Crumpling and breaking away in the garage and the front steps. Now the front entrance pillar brick is falling off due to water getting in behind and i have no idea where its coming from. This builder is fine for one year then turn there back and walk away. Not there problem.

Would never recommend these guys, customer service is non existent. |ots of complaints from neighbours. Had to replace basement windows that were not even to code......No response from Owner richard
