The service on a furnace they installed has been prompt when we were without heat 2x over the past (10 years on this furnace they installed ) they were great at getting here and keeping our house warm
They were also great at fixing this furnace approx every 12-18 months.
They just have not been great at Standing behind products they sell and ensuring that their customers are not pouring $$$$( +4000 in repair bills) in something they should know isn’t working.
