You are making a mistake hiring another roofing company. I have done a few roofs in my days and Adanac was the most seamless company I have dealt with. From quote to completion, they are best in class bar none.
Pricing was fair, worksite was clean and responsiveness was excellent. There’s a reason the reviews are good....use them.
Only reason there is 4/5 stars here is the roof is only 3 months old. I expect it to last 30 years.
