We bought our house through sabal and the home design studio was amazing. We loved our designer so much. Every question we had was answered. They were very very helpful.

i would not recommend them to anyone i am so frustrated it has been 8 Months since we signed and all we got until now was a foundation! They are unprofessional and there is no word to describe how i regret bluing with them! DO NOT BUILD WITH THEM. They will take there time! When it comes to signing papers they promise the world, but when it comes to providing the product they will have a TON of excuses which they do not concern the "customer" .

We built a home with Sabal in 2009. We did not have a good experience at our appointment (with a designer that is no longer employed by Sabal). As an example when we were selecting a tile for our bathrooms she said to us "really you want that, that's a builders grade tile, why don't you pick something different". She kept trying to upgrade us on everything we selected.
