Divine Hardwood Flooring

When I was building my home I went to Divine, I went with the builder grade product, a wider maple hardwood. I have lived in my home for just over 2 years and noticed cupping. I decided I would replace my floor because it doesn't look good. I had flooring people out and both told me to contact the installer, this was a product quality issue not installation and they should warranty their product. Divine came out twice and told me it was an environmental issue and to install a dehumidifier in my home. I followed all their directions maintaining a 30-40% humidity and now I have to install a dehumidifier. I am so disappointed with this response and feel they should stand behind the products they sell. I will never use them again.
