3+ years after my windows and doors were installed, I had a problem with a double hung window. It will not stay up when I tried to open it. And also had a squeaky front door. Emailed Jeff, and he responded promptly. Art came out, even during the covid 19 pandemic. He fixed all the problems with expertise and was so courteous. He also found a wasp nest in one of the windows preventing it from closing properly.
