I chose to go with Paul and Pallotta after doing research in the Landscape professionals organizations and visiting a half dozen of his past projects. All his past work looked great and his past customers gave rave reviews. Our project was extensive requiring foundation sealing around our window wells, some concrete repair, extensive regrading and LOTs of stone work. I literally could not be happier with the result of the work and the team that Paul brought in. Full Marks.

From the initial call to discuss the process of pouring a new concrete garage pad to the completion of the job, everything was better than expected. Paul and his crew were terrific, friendly, hardworking and extremely professional. They worked on my home treating like it was their own. Everything was on time and as promised. I have already referred Pallotta Construction to several friends.

Our project was a complex one:
It included the removal of the deck from the back of the house, re-grading all around the house and the back yard and parging done all around the house.
Than patio slabs in the back, in the place of the deck and poured concrete steps from the back yard into the house.
And with poured concrete everywhere else around the house and poured concrete steps at the front entrance as well. And last, re-sodding of the areas needed in the back yard.
Due to that we looked for a company with great reviews and with similar projects done in the past.
After a lot of research on Home Stars, I came across Pallotta Construction and gave Eric a call. He came for a free estimate as promised.
The price was fair and he described to us in detail all the steps that he will do and he also gave us some suggestions.
The project was started and finished on time.
Eric and his crew did an awesome job! We already recommended him to our friends and we will use Pallotta in the future, if needed.

We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Pallotta Concrete & Stonework. We met with Paul and had some very preliminary ideas for a new stone patio. He was very knowledgeable and made very creative suggestions for the size and shape of our backyard. He was patient with us and walked us through the process and helped us decide on quality stone, colour and style. I hired Paul to do work on the landing to my front door and the steps and walkway leading to it. When I first made an inquiry, Paul was professional enough to return my voice mail to him when some of the others that I contacted did not. He came out to my home (at a considerable distance from his area of operation), made an assessment and was extremely patient, polite and friendly. He answered all my questions patiently and without any pressure to close the deal.

When we did close the deal, Paul was fair with his pricing, conscious of my circumstances and was flexible with the terms of the deal. He even accommodated me for a minor side job. His crew (Miguel and Eric) arrived on time, were polite, diligent with their work, friendly to talk to and cleaned up every day that they were on site. Their workmanship was excellent and I will hire Paul again for other projects for my home.

Paul and his crew did an awesome job! They were very thorough, efficient and meticulous in the finishing. The concrete floor in the garage is perfect. The stonework on the front entry and around the driveway is stunning. Every person who walks by the house stops to look and without fail, comments on how great it looks.
