Recommended by a close friend. I had Russ and Andrew install a new water heater in October, and after some research, I decided this father and son team were who I wanted to install my new heat pump. This new unit will replace a 35 year old a/c unit.

I contacted Bow Home Comfort and they came the same day to give me an estimate on replacing 24 year old furnace. They realized the furnace would not last too much longer and once I received the proposal they schedulled installation within three days as the weather was getting colder. They explained everything they were going to do and they were very consientious in their work . They removed the old furnace and cleaned up the entire area before leaving. I was very pleased with their work ethic and I would recomend Bow Home Comfort to anyone needing a furnace replacement.

This job was 2 hours from their residence. Heat pump install with existing furnace. Thermostat was upgraded to smart thermostat. No surprises, good work.

The company came within the same day. My furnace was not working and needed a part. Very professional and very satisfied.

When Russ and Andrew came to give us an estimate for what we wanted to do, they went over our options for two hours, gaining our trust. It was important and great to deal with the owner of the company doing the installation. When they said they would be here to work, .. they were! Our air conditioner broke right before we were to have a birthday party . Found Bow home comfort systems and they were able to come out and put in a new heat pump exchange quickly . They have worked on a couple houses on my street and everyone is very satisfied with their work . Rus and Andrew were very helpful explaining how everything worked and they answered all my questions . Will be recommending to family and friends in the future .

Fantastic service provided by Russ and Andrew. They were very informative and helpful and not pushy on sales at all. If you need a furnace or AC fixed/installed they are definitely the team you want!

Russ and Andrew were very professional, easy to talk to, and fairly priced. They completed the installation to my satifcation by testing to make sure everything worked accordingly, which gave me peace of mind. Would definitely recommend them.

Found this company here, on HomeStars. Since the first contact and throughout the installation Russ was polite, professional, punctual.
He explained in great detail what my options are and gave me a professional advice (which I followed). The price was reasonable. They did a great job replacing my old furnace with a new one. All the work, including extra (plugging the humidifier in, making the pipes look nice) they did quickly and the result is awesome!
No garbage left, everything works just fine.
