New Furnace and AC installation

We had Russ and Andrew replace our 36 year old Furnace and AC with new ones and we are very happy with the work they did, they were very respectful and tidy . They explained the process very well and we highly recommend them to anyone needing a home comfort service.
P.S. Our dog Lucy liked them as well.

Furnace / AC replacement

I got 4 quotes they were the cheapest by 50 percent. One of the quote was for the same product. They are a very professional father / son operation. Did not try to up sale or discredit their competitor like other companies did. Only waited 2 working days for the install, other company's where up to 4 weeks. Cleaned up completely after the job and showed how everything works.
They did a great Job !

Lots of work for unfinished basement

Russ and Andrew are amazing!

In 3 short days they managed to complete a lot of work for our unfinished basement:
- Move duct work from the ceiling to the walls
- Move gas manifold to a back wall to allow a door to be created
- Reduce number and size of overhead ducts to reduce future bulkhead size
- Add gas line outside to BBQ area
- Add gas line to kitchen stove area
- Add ventilation for bathroom area

They both had suggestions for improvements we could make to our basement so it will be a lot nicer when finished in the future!

Top notch service

London

Russ and Andrew installed a new Goodman furnace and A/C system for us 4 1/2 years ago. We could not have been more satisfied.

We had no problem at all with the system until today. Got up and rhe house was not warm. I phoned Russ and within 2 hours he and Andrew were here and within another hour the problem was fixed. Under warranty. No charge. These guys are the best. Highly recommend.

New home furnace

Bow Home Comfort Systems came to our house today to replace our old furnace with a new one. They worked very efficiently and were here for about 4 hours. The workspace was left very tidy. They were a pleasure to deal with and easy to talk to. We would highly recommend Bow Home Comfort Systems!!

Heat Pump Installation

Russ and Andrew were great in assisting with the pre-work to rectify some installation issues, came to our home several times prior to the installation. Great installation, used drop clothes to ensure a very clean job and they both stayed to make sure we understood how the system worked. Would highly recommend Bow Home Comfort Systems.

Russ has his gas and air conditioning tickets. Andrew holds his gas ticket. Bow Home Comfort is fully insured, and can also offer Ontario Power Authority rebates on applicable purchases.

Russ and Andrew always tell their customers to be wary of those who condemn your home comfort system. They know a fix is usually at hand, and they are happy to help their customers get a few more years out of their appliances before replacing.
