I had 7 windows removed and replaced, they were wood frames and were 40 years old, Mike the salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about replacing, parts used and installation.Paul the installer did a great professional job along with his son. My neighbors were also impressed with the work done. House is now quieter and warmer. So bottom line I would recommend them to anyone
