They do not stand behind their agreed price. Two different store managers, (New Westminster and Calgary) were over ruled by a fellow from head office when the item was ready to ship after waiting 6 months.

Came here a few weeks ago as they are one of the local places that sells lathes. They seemed quite quiet and the service was mediocre. Had to get 3 different people to help as not everyone knew the right information. Ended up taking a lathe but had to return it after 3 weeks as it stopped working. Traded it in for a bigger and more expensive machine - at least they honored the trade in!

(On sale from $120.) We found this little product at Busy Bee Tools. Great for our reno work, keeps our work area clean (esp when we are cutting flooring and baseboards, or sanding down drywall), and much more portable than our full-size garbage can system. Busy Bee was friendly and helpful.
