It was great to be able to schedule work quickly with Handyman Connection. All work was completed to a high level and we are very pleased with our new baseboard installation. Staff and contractor were all very pleasant and efficient to deal with. Great job!

We had battery back up systems for our sump pumps installed as well as other necessary plumbing for our house done. We found the plumber explained in detail what he needed to do and some necessary electrical and plumbing that needed to be completed for the job. We are having the electrical work by handyman electrician being done this week and the whole plumbing project will be completed this week.
We have had handyman electricians and plumbers do work before and we have always been satisfied.

First time hiring Handyman Connection and I would highly recommend! Quick to schedule a free estimate the following day, the plumber arrived on time and quickly determined the issue and gave me a recommendation for the faucet I should purchase. An appointment to install the replacement faucet was scheduled for the next day and it was completed efficiently. The ease in doing business with this company is excellent. It’s a very straightforward process, Shaqir was great.

Polite and helpful receptionist/booking agent. Due to another of their projects being cancelled, my appointment was changed to only two weeks’ wait! The employee was prompt, prepared, straightforward and very skilled. No headaches this time around! Very satisfied with Handyman Connection and will use again!

They first screwed up the booking date then the man they sent out tore our floor which we did get reimbursed for but then the huge inconvenience afterwards to rectify the situation and the side job for a new floor, offered at an INFLATED rate, made me think this was very shady. They need to vet who they have working for them more intensively I say stay away from Handyman Connection and their so called ' contractors '.

The Handyman Connection charges slightly more than other contracting/ home repair outfits because they promise to get a carpenter/ plumber/ electrician/ whatever to your home in a timely manner and get the job done right.
I've hired them three times the first two i was ok with paying a little extra because they actually showed up and they did a good job. The third time, however, the tiler didn't show up. I called the company and found out that he'd left town permanently a few days before. I asked when they were sending someone else, and the company tried to make it my problem. I insisted that they solve their own staffing problem, and they did- too late. My confidence in them was shot and i lost some rent because my tenants had to live without a bathroom for a little while.
