I have been using this company for years on my annual furnace maintenance. I recently moved into a new home although the house is old. Recently came home during our cold spring to find a freezing house. Sipco had Jerry their amazing repair person at my home in a couple of hours. My furnace motor had gone and Jerry went himself to pick a new replacement motor and returned asap to install the motor and check that everything else was in working order. I would highly recommend Sipco for any furnace issues.
