Claudio and his team did a great job on the kitchen renovation for our Sunnylea home, working in conjunction with XTC Design, who he has a great working relationship with - Erica and Tim at XTC are fantastic and they have a solid track record working with Claudio. The fact that they both worked together and the two companies were a proven collaborative team, made the choice easy. Two years later we called Scapetech back for a fantastic basement renovation, adding a 2nd bathroom and a beautiful gas fireplace in what was previously a cold and damp basement room. Fantastic all around. The Scapetech team are consistent and good communicators, as contractors go. They may not be your cheapest quote, but we figured a solid contractor was better than thinking we were saving money. In the end, our neighbours across the back fence also used them on our recommendation and had a good experience with them as well. Price isn't the only factor and they proved that the quality and assurance of on-time/on-budget are preferable to a reno-nightmare, which too many of our friends seem to encounter when they go with unproven or 'shaky' recommendations. Trust the proven contractors, and you'll save the money in the long run. We did.
