Ordered a christmas gift dec 14th.paid priority shipping over $17.00.was suppose to get an email item has shipped.al unable to check order status as say with oder# sent in first email says that it does not exsist.on monday dec.19th from 9am-1am next morning unable to get through to a rep.on hold for more than 30 minutes each time.contacted them through facebook and was told to send email,which i did.heres the thing,find out there are so many complaints for the same thing.problem has exsisted for a long period and sears has failed to do anything.apparently when people order online,no one recieves an email their package has shipped nor receive their packages.getting through to a rep is next to impossible.many have emailed to no avail and never get a response.some of the lucky ones to get through and get a refund are still waiting after alpng period of time.sears will not respond to their pleas for help.with my order,i checked my bank right after and they already had taken my money.so it eas very quick.i know ill my daughter will not receive her christmas gift i sent and i have no money to replace.sears knowing full well about the problems and still allowing online orders without fixing anything is robbing people blind.thick as theives they are.so im on for a long battle.

customer service

I ordered Christmas gifts from Sears Canada Nov.28 thinking this would give me lots of time to receive my order as everything was in stock. It is now Dec.17 and I received one item. Everytime I call to inquire I am told to wait 24-72 hours for a reply by email. No one knows where my order is and to keep a customer of 45 years happy they will not replace my order unless they can bill me again. Why would I do that when I am already out money with them. It doesn't help when I call to make an inquiry and customer service tells me they are sorry from the Phillipeans. No wonder I am on hold for 45 minutes waiting for help.

Worst customer service ever

I order an rear facing car seat during the Black Friday sale. It was supposedly coming in 3 -7 business days but never arrived. First phone call I was told that it this product was no longer available but when I checked Their website it was still available but not with he original Black Friday sale price. Then I was transferred to another customer employee where I was told it was coming and it would arrive within another week. Again it never arrived. Second phone call another hour on hold I finally reached a supervisor. The supervisor told me that this product was on back order and they needed to talk to the manufacturer to she when this product would be available for shipping. He told me he would personally phone me within 72 hours to give me a date on which day he would receive it so it could be shipped me. 4 days later no phone call from the supervisor. Third phone call an hour and half later I talked to another supervisor. I was tokd this product is no longer available. A month waiting for a product not one phone call or email from sears to inform me that this product is not available. Three phone calls and over 3 hours of my time wasted. I was never offered any compensatoon. I will never order fro sears and I advise you to do the same. Worst company I've ever come across.

Service almost non-existent from Sears Canada

Ordered a pair of washer/dryer online Nov 18, estimated delivery Dec 9. No communication up to Dec 9 morning, so I called and was told that it should be delivered that morning. Waited the whole morning nothing was happening, called again, and again, both times were told to wait. Nothing happened.
Wrote a letter to customercare@sears.ca, till now three business days later there was not even an acknowledgement.
Called again today to be told to hold so they could reach delivery to investigate. More than a hour has passed and no word from them.
p.s. just received a call back to tell me that the items will delivered and I will be receiving a call to that effect.
The whole time the frustration was that there was NO communication at all and each time I initiate a call I could not get a straight answer!

product, & service.

Placed a online order for 6 shirts, and some socks. There were 2 sets of 2 shirts, and 2 individual shirts. 4 Packages of shirts total, and a 3 pack of socks. I got 3 packages of shirts. 4th (double pack) was missing. Paid for 6 shirts, got 4 total. They billed me for something i didn't get. Even the invoice that came with it didn't even list the other set of shirts, but they charged me for it anyhow. Never ordering anything from here again.

This is the 2nd time i've ordered online and had problems with them. First time, they double billed me for some clothing i had purchased. Then when i had called my bank to verify it, between sears canada, and my bank. Sears said they couldn't find the transaction of the 2nd billing. IT took them nearly 3 weeks just to find it, and another 2 to release the funds from the double charge, back to my bank.

Their quick to take your money, but what you get in return might not actually be what you paid for. This company is crap when it comes to shipping. They filled most of the order, but did not complete it. Guess that's what happens when you hire people who use homer simpson as a job reference.

I had ordered two appliances during Black Friday to be delivered. Called customer service to inquire on the status. They had said items weren't in stock and cancelled my order.

Most atrocious service ever

I've never reviewed anything before but I am compelled to let people know not to use Sears. Purchased appliances from a Sears Home Store in Calgary 6 weeks ago and to date they have not been delivered. They "can't find them" in their warehouse. I have to wonder how many times they've been sold over and over. Response is non-existent, no one knows anything. Since I bought these, I have heard countless stories about the horrible delivery and service that SEARS is now known for.

appliance insurance

When my bosch double wall oven stopped and it needed a new control panel, I asked for a new oven, it being almost new. Now I have bought insurance for last nine years to keep it going at least 6x panel changed, now told they won't fix anymore even though I paid insurance for it.

4 to 6 weeks to process a Credit Card Refund

Why does it take Sears 4 to 6 weeks to process a credit card refund?
But if I were to purchase something with my credit card it will show up immediately. I called Sears about 7 times to get a refund and each time they passed the baton. Each time I contacted them I got different answers and even got "credit card refunds are very sensitive"???
Who is in charge of client experience at Sears - please let me know.

Sears Gift Card

Don't try using a Sears Gift Card to order an on line or a catalogue order. They will inform you that the order must be charged to a credit card and then the gift card will be credited back to your credit card. This is false information. They will charge your order but they won't give you a credit for the gift card. Then when you phone all you get is the run around and a bunch of apologies but no answers and no credit. BEWARE OF SEARS GIFT CARDS.
