Gail in major appliances at the Upper Canada Mall Sears was fantastic. We spoke on the phone before I came into the store which was great as I have 2 small kids and shopping for appliances isn't fun for them. She had already reviewed the best deals and cut the time I would have spent down to 30 minutes for purchasing 2 new appliances. I would recommend her to anyone - not only did Sears price match the fridge I wanted but they went above and beyond to insure they would be delivered before we moved into out new home.

Had roof replaced - shingles Had Sears provide roof replacement service and they a contractor come to do the work. They did an excellent job, just as we had asked with some of the finishing/flashing work. Everything was cleaned up around the yard and for a reasonable price.

Frank was a most helpful rep. and the sub-contractors used to install the roof and windows were A-1. The roofing contractor and crew were very polite and efficient. The window install was done with out any mess or problems
