We just had Sub-Zero replace our furnace and our hot water tank with a state-of-the-art high efficiency furnace and on-demand hot water system. They were competitively priced, helpful in selecting the right equipment for our home and answering any questions we had, and provided a professional and respectful installation. Even the inspectors commented positively on the quality of of the installation. Eaier this year, they installed a unit heater in our garage, which waa done to the same high srandards.
I have no hesitation in recommending Sub-Zero Technical for any of your residential heating, cooling, or water treatment needs.

Sub Zero has been absolutely fantastic to deal with.
Recently I bought a home built in 1981 and it was time to have the furnace and hot water tank replaced so I turned to my family for a references.
As luck would have it, both my older brothers have been dealing with Sub Zero one for residential and the other one for both residential for commercial since the 80’s.
Ross Jr. came over to my home and provided me a no nonsense turnkey quote that included a stage 3 furnace, a 10 gallon higher capacity hot water tank, additional basement duct work and a duct cleaning.
Sub Zero’s prices were a bit higher compared to my other quotes BUT the others quoted a stage 2 furnace, the smaller capacity hot water tank, no duct work or cleaning.
I proceeded with the work and their technicians were knowledge, courteous and always open all the questions that I had for them.
With that comfort level being established, I decided to add air-conditioning to my instillation and without hesitation, Ross and his crew were able to do it at the same time without changing the instillation schedule.
Our neighbors had seen the Sub Zero trucks around and they asked to see what I had done that they too went a complete HVAC system from Ross.

I do not regret having Sub Zero doing any work and recently I have had them in to do plumbing aswell.

I had a new furnace and air conditioning unit installed and am very pleased. The workman were respectful of my property and when they left they made sure they cleaned up after themselves. While they were here a few changes needed to be made to the original plan which made extra work for them but they did all that was asked happily. I would call this company first in the future for any and all services they provide. I have complete confidence in this company.

Our building was overheating for several months. Sometimes is was so unbearable, especially during the summer months, that we had to turn the heating system off. I called SubZero and Mr. Ross Senior and Jeff immediately knew what the problem was and replaced our boiler controller. They were very professional, kind and helpful and provided us with immediate much needed relief. Now our building is perfectly heated (winter and spring) and we are also saving lots on our natural gas bill! Thank you! Excellent service!

Excellent service. Must be one of the few companies to offer same day service. Engineer (Jeff) was very friendly and explained everything thoroughly, even called again next day to confirm that new part installed had resolved the problem. Very impressed with this company and would not hesitate to recommend to everyone. 5 star service. Would definitely use this company again.

We met this company at the Home and Garden Show and were impressed with how good they seemed. Buyer beware! They have hidden fees which they do not disclose to their clients upon setting up a service call. They charge $120 per hour minimum charge plus 10% for supplies regardless of whether they use any and an additional $25 for a truck fee. We have never been charged any sort of additional fees like that. Also, they wanted to charge us an additional $162.75 to come back with the part that they didn't have. This is totally ridiculous. We have used other companies in the past and they have changed us a $100 fee to come and diagnose the problem and if they have to come back, they do not charge an additional fee within 30 days.

I hired this company last month to replace a water valve in my basement. The repairman came and checked what needed to be done. He turned off the water and left for what I believed to go to his truck to get the parts that he needed to replace the valve. He showed up about 40 to 45 minutes later. By the time he returned I was starting to worry he wasn't coming back to finish the work. He replaced the valve and left. From the first time he arrived to the last time he left was an hour and 10 minutes (12:10pm to 1:20pm). I was charged an 1.5 hours for labour plus a $25.00 truck fee.

I called Subzero to check my furnace before I went out of the country for a holiday. The service person came quicker than I expected and while checking my concern about the belt she also tested for leaks and found a line that was leaking gas. Went away feeling everything was in good shape and I was impressed.

Super service. Three appliances not working and one person took care of everything, Rayleen from Subzero. Everything fixed and some parts replaced. She talked to me as she was fixing things and even showed me the actual parts that she was replacing and why. There was great follow up to explain to me what to do in the future to take care of the appliances so future repairs would be less. Who does that? Absolutely excellent service. I felt so confident and safe that I paid exactly what was needed and not a penny more. That is hard to find.
