Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

I had an issue with my furnace and the office had closed but when I reached my salesperson, he offered to arrange a Saturday emergency visit at a slight premium. This was a relief.

Terrible service, a weekend without heat

Heating & Air Conditioning review in Toronto

My furnace, less than three years old, encountered a motor error on a Friday afternoon. I called to find out Airmakers was closed but on their website it says to call a number located on your invoice for emergency service. Sure enough, I consulted my invoice to discover that there was no emergency number. I managed to contact my salesperson who said he'd try to contact somebody to look at it. He texted a minute later to inform me that somebody would get back to me on Monday morning. That means an entire weekend in December with no heat! Needless to say, this is a company that obviously can't be trusted.
