We purchased a Terrace Door from this company because the man that orders Doors and Windows for Home Hardware inn Gorrie, ON ordered the Door from the WRONG COMPANY !! My best friend worked for this company when they had a division in Wingham ON and she told me that there doors were crap !! An way this man ordered this door and it was installed befor I knew about it.!! He never told me until it was installed that it was a new concept door!! This door has divots where the actual wood is missing and I reported this to home hardware!! And the door was ordered in July 2015 installed in september and I told Garry the man from home hardware about the divots as soon as I noticed them and the missing parts . And that was months ago . It is now December 12 2015 and I haven't heard anything from anyone from new concept doors or home hardware. I don't know what is going on but apparently no one is looking after the damaged door and I want it fixed asap !! and it has not been fixed as of yet !! It is a bad door right from the beginnig !! who sends a door with divots of missing wood out of a door for a brand new door for a customer !! Save your money and don't buy from this company !! I got a damaged door and no one looks after a warranty either !! Bad customer support and a bad door !!
