Unfortunately, I did not read any reviews until after I had problems with this store. Please, if you read this do not deal with this company.
I won't go into all the details (too long to write), to summarise, I never got the chairs that I bought and Mobilia, at all levels of the company, refuse to deal with the problem and refuse to refund my money.
Luckily, I made the purchase through Visa and I have lodged a dispute and I am expecting a full refund (this can take up to 8 weeks).
For me, this has been a huge learning exercise, and I hope that it wasn't too costly.

- What could this company do to improve their services?
- Have some customer service, they don't right now.
- Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?
- Do not buy from these crooks.
