We purchased approximately $5000.00 in furniture from Mobilia at the Markham store in late spring of 2012. When it came time to deliver the furniture to our new home, only some of the furniture arrived. I wasn't too bothered as these things happen, on the second delivery they brought my missing pieces, dining room chairs, screws for the bench legs and a mis matched accent chair. We sent the chair back and, after several phone calls to Rose at head office and Caesar at the store, we were assured that they were going to fix the problem and that my chair would be delivered soonish, the chair arrived and was again the wrong fabric. The chair was sent back yet again and we were told this time that the fabric we choose was a "special order" there was never any mention of this special order in all the previous conversations and didn't seem to effect my sofa order and arrival. In the mean time, we were given a loaner chair.....NINE MONTHS LATER my chair has finally arrived (just today) and is missing the back cushion, the chair is obviously from a different dye lot so is close in colour but, not perfect.....REALLY?? I am so very annoyed and disappointed, can you not get a furniture order right? After all you were quick to take my money and not provide the service you have been paid for. If I want crap service and quality I can find it anywhere in this country. I bought from Mobilia because I believed I was buying quality product and service, I was wrong.
