horrible customerservice

I have tried to post review on Mobilia site but would not publish. They probably have it set up that way. This is the worst customer service ever. Purchased sofa in July 2014 got it nail sticking out the side got it replaced three weeks later. Guys knocked pictures off wall and my glass butterflies well they no longer exist. Called they said l should have taken everything down well thank you!!!!! Noticed scratches but decided to deal with it. Well five months later noticed sofa was a little unstable lifted it up and saw they only put one screw in each let when there should have been five. Noticed a rip in the leather in the front but near bottom , its dark brown so did not see before. Then l took a really good look saw the leather is wearing off in another area and nails sticking out between arm and inner cushion. Took pictures sent to Sonia and her solutions was if l could take the screw out to take a picture so they could try to find similar ones and come and screw legs on. About leather she passed me off to leather people who said she knows that all request must go through Mobilia. Well two weeks later l follow up she says she is busy with other customers and they are still trying to find screws. Its so long to vent but you can imagine. I went above her to Jennifer and that was worse. She sent out technicians that l had to wait five hours for on a Sunday night for them to come and do nothing except suggest that a cat ripped my leather sorry we have no animals. It was suggested that my vacuum did it sorry l have a Dyson and its round. I say l just want the sofa l paid for in new condition they say they will pix nails rip and the structure is fine although it clearly is not. They think it is okay to come in my house take the sofa apart to hammer nails in and leave me with damaged merchandise. I was told that was my choice or get my money back minus delivery and leather and they will pick up in about two weeks. Thanks for stressing me out and making this so awful. Thats okay though because l would have purchased my dining set and entertainment unit from them but thank goodness l will not make the same mistake and now l am in search of a new sofa. Thank you for making things so much harder and showing how little you think of your customers. My husband owns his own business and bends over backwards for customers because he knows without them he does not exist
