Poor Customer Service - couch & coffee table

I am absolutely disgusted with the poor standard of customer service at Mobilia for associating with a third company delivery that do NOT incorporate customer service as part of their "service" They are NOT flexible and do NOT accomodate Condo Owners who must book the elevator in advance - Supervisor did not even deal with the issue just passed it off to another rep that promised to include a note for the driver that delivery needed to occur between 12 and 3 as I had stressed another tennant had booked from 3 - 6. This was after I had to explain the situation multiple times which was never understood. This company calls only 1 day in advance how can anyone in a Condo guarantee the elevator would be available?!?!?! Sure enough I received a call tonight at 5:30PM stating that the delivery will occur between 3 -6 surprise surprise!!! I was LIVID -left a very upset message for Richard Haan who apparently is a SUPERVISOR with no customer service experience-I'm sure I'll get another load of crap in the morning. Does anyone know if you can get a full refund due to this horrid service??!?!?
