I bought a leather set, only to have it pucker out and sag three days later. The stiching isnt sewn on tightly which makes the whole couch look old and out of shape...imagine...just three days later my couch looks used and old!!! A replacement is on the way. I am hoping for the best but I know that there is a defect in the poor construction of the couch and will have the same problem with the next one. Even when the man arrived to treat the leather, he noticed the poor construction of the sofa and the defects in the stitching of the couches. He stated that they leather was not pulled back tightly when it was sewn on, making it sag, pucker out and look wrinkled. The store has already Mobilia told me that i have to PAY another 10 PERCENT more if i choose to return the second set and select another choice...completely unfair- They say this is their restocking fee. (BEWARE) I am completely maxed out. -Why should i have to pay for their defects of their furniture???They have no right selling poor quality furniture at high prices. I am so sad and disappointed...This has been a really bad experience. Mobilia has no business taking advantage of hard working customers. I feel like i have been taken for and robbed. It will take me the next year to pay off my loan i took out for the horrible furniture i now own. I am really hoping that Mobila will prove me wrong and stand by their name and integrety.
