I wish i could give this company a -10 for it's terrible services. It has been 3 weeks now going to 4 weeks since i ordered for my dining table from Mississauga store. At the time of purchase, the sales lady promised that the table will be delivered in 2 weeks(how misleading is this!) without fail. When i placed the order I thought i would have it before thanksgiving but unfortunately not. When i called they promised the table will be arriving on 8th Oct, i just called again and am told the table will be arriving on 13th Oct. So i called today 13th Oct and was told that my table will arrive at the warehouse on Nov 14th(Information that i gathered from shipping dept). The sales lady is avoiding to call me back and as soon as i give her my phone number to check the order she says that she has to call the warehouse then call me back shortly of which she never calls. I will put her name here so that you avoid dealing with her. It's very frustrating and annoying. Why can't you be honest with your clients?? 2 Months waiting for a dining table!!! is this company for real?? You asked me to send an email to info@mobilia but 3 days later i haven't heard from you and still no table yet from sept 17 to now Nov 3. The waiting continues!
