cabinet refacing and new countertop

hired this guy through my dad, since he knew him and we hired im to do a new countertop and reface the cabinets with a new stain look.
the guys were horrible, did not seem professional. paint all on floor, walls.
the guys came and gone as they pleased. the date kept being pushed another week and we were living out of our living room for a month
