My experience with Renoclub is exactly the same as those of zaffir and B.K. who have written reviews also. The only difference between their stories and mine is that I waited twice as long and paid twice as much.
I am only writing this review because of a review written by "lucy of Renoclub (I mean Woodbridge)" that has since been removed. I had no idea that this company had so little integrity that they would allow their accountant to write a bogus review to try to bolster their reputation - how shameful.
You know, my money is long gone and I am moving on with my life but this has to stop. Excuse after excuse that the owners are not around or away on business or emergency family issues is nonsense. They don't answer calls (they have call ID - they choose which calls to take), they don't answer the door, they don't know when kitchens are arriving, they don't know when repairs will happen, they don't have a priority as to who's issues will be dealt with first. What they do know how to do is gain your trust and take your money.
Did you see the Global TV reporter banging on the door of Renoclub to try to get a reponse from someone about that story that aired? He also reported that he left several messages that no one responded to. Maybe he should keep calling. Hey Sean O'Shea, let us know when they answer. I am sure we all have a few questions we would like answered.
I know that we all feel terrible after having dealt with Renoclub (and not having felt satisfied with the outcome) but there is hope. We have rights as comsumers and we should all be sure that we express and exercise those rights. Cut and past the link below into your browser and file a complaint with the Ontario Ministry of Consumer Services. Follow the links on filing a complaint, follow the instructions and have your say. It's absolutely free.

If enough of us file a formal complaint, this situation will likely get the attention that it needs to shut this operation down, have Renoclub slapped with a $50 000 fine and maybe even a bit of jail time(two years less a day)for the owners.
If they won't give any of us our money back, we should at least have the satisfaction of having Renoclub and its owners pay in some way. Do your part and spread the word. Put your tax dollars to work and take advantage of resources like these.
