We called Clearview because we had no heat coming from our furnace! They sent Emmerick, who was great! He was able to diagnose the problem and come to a solution while being quick and efficient. He was personable, professional and quite friendly! Everything was working great when he left, but shortly after we had no heat again! We were impressed with how Clearview handled our callback. Emmerick came over again and he was able to see that it was a seperate mechanical issue entirely; had it been related to the original issue there would have been no charge whatsoever! He was able to fix it and we've been enjoying a nice warm house ever since! It was a great experience starting with the office staff all the way down to the technician! Thanks!!

Unfortunatly callbacks do happen on occasion and as unfortunate as it is that we weren't able to get both mechanical failures in the first call, I'm glad you still had a great experience with us! From time to time there are issues that arise that are unforeseeable and we appreciate you understanding! Of course, in this scenario, because it was a seperate issue entirely it was a billable call, but make no mistake: If there is an error made on our part, PLEASE don't hesitate to call us back!
