Clogged toilet, backing up main drain.
It's never a good thing to have to call a plumber, it's even worse when your toilet is clogged beyond home repair! When we first called Clearview, we figured it would be business as usual - a phone quote, an hourly rate, get in, fix the issue, get out. Needless to say, we were both pleasantly surprised. Of course, our toilet has been cleared and our drain isn't backing up, but it's not just what they did - it's how they did it. Although we couldn't get a phone quote (they don't work on an hourly rate!!) Dustan came out and told us exactly what he needed to do and how much it would be before he did any work. We were informed of the service charge before he came out and there were no surprises! We didn't feel anxious, as we knew exactly what needed to be done and for once a company was able to keep that quote to the penny that they promised! It's true, with the business the way it is we were bumped out of our time slot due to an emergency on a previous job, but we were impressed with the office staff. They gave us plenty of phone calls to let us know the situation and make sure the hadn't forgotten about us. When Dustan did arrive, his professionalism was outstanding. He was incredibly polite, he didn't mind explaining everything he was doing to us, he took his time and did the job right (time isn't an issue when there isn't an hourly rate... no clock watching for us or the tech!) We're both very impressed with every aspect and we've already reccommended them to friends (and will continue to do so)!!

To Ed and Wendy: Occasionally I'm asked why I got into the plumbing and heating industry. It isn't always the most glamorous work, it isn't always the most comfortable work and it definitely isn't the easiest work a person can do and that goes double for running a plumbing and heating business! But this is EXACTLY why I started in the first place. Although the goods and services we provide are furnaces, leaky pipes, clogged the real job is ensuring the customer is always satisfied and comfortable at the end of the job. This is a prime example of what we so kindly brag about - our customer service. Most people think that customer service starts and ends in the office. It absolutely starts there, but we like to think of our technicians as some of the most skilled customer service reps we have! Of course, the nature of the business is unexpected, rarely booking more than days in advance, and when emergencies happen we do occasionally have to prioritize, but our Customer Service Team in the office does everything in their ability to give you as much notice as they have. We know you have a life to live! We just want to thank you for being as gracious and understanding as you were, it really makes it worth it at the end of the day.
