An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
I called Clearview because I needed my faucet installed. They sent Darrin, a terrific technician. He gave me the price up front and got to work. Even though the work ended up being more complex than he originally thought, he had the tools and parts with him to fix it, at the same price that was quoted up front! Everything is working well, and the repairs went seamlessly! Thanks for the great service!

We don't call our trucks "Warehouses on Wheels" for nothing! Did you know that it is "Old Hat" practice for many (but certainly not all) hourly rate plumbing outfits all over the world to bring the bare minimum of parts or tools with them? Any guesses why? Right! You're still on the clock, from the time he steps in and books the problem until he leaves when it's done (which is usually about a minute after you've paid, and three minutes after you've found out what the price ACUTALLY COSTS!!)
We're big fans of up front pricing, BEFORE you've already made a commitment! Keeping a diverse array of tools and parts with us minimizes trips to the supplier, but when we do have to, you're paying the exact same price we quoted you BEFORE we started!
Thanks again!
