I was in the market for backsplash tile and I visited several showrooms. I experienced everything from arrogant staff to the ultimate in customer service which is with x-tile. I dealt exclusively with Angelo who not only knows the product well, but provided several suggestions on pattern and tile selection. He truly went above and beyond and is focused on the customer experience. The quality of products carried is outstanding with several tiles I have not seen elsewhere.
