The best experience in tile store. The Sales person calls Lucy, She is very helpful, professional and expert in design area. She helped me to match all the tiles and my house looks like I had a particular designer. I am very happy and I will recommend X-tile for all of my friends!

The sales person should tell the customer, that they cannot buy sample and return it.
After you paid for sample, then they told you that the sample is FINAL SALE.
VERY FUNNY.
And when you want to cancel the sample, the machine is not able to refund the money, limit exceded for $33.90.
UNBELIVABLE.
JUST GO somewhere else.

This was the first store that I went into when I started looking for tiles because it is very close to my house. So at first, I thought the selection was ok and the prices seemed great. But when I asked for a couple of samples so that I could see them in my home's light and match them to my hardwood, they charged me through the nose!!! $35 for 2 pieces of tile - that I can not return!!! After being in many other tile stores afterwards, I realize how ridiculous that is. They must be trying to make their money that way because dealing with their sales people is painful. I don't ever want to step foot in there again!!!! I dealt with Sam and Ludja and they are both rude, judgemental and would do anything to make a buck. I don't feel they have any sense of honesty. Many other tile stores have tiles in the same price range, are set up nicer, and have much better sales people! Plus any other store I've dealt with, will take returns easily and give free samples!

Great service and very helpful! The store is very large, clean and professional. Large selection and provide advice on what would work well. Fair prices too. I would recommend visiting either one of their showrooms to help decide which tiles/countertop work for your place.

Angelo from x-tile is one of the most helpful sales representatives I've encountered. He spent the time and effort in helping me choose tiles for my last project and really helped me choose the best for my client. The store itself has such a large selection that I really appreciate his patience.

We recently purchased tiles from Xtiles in queensway. Their price definitely better than other places, in the boxes of tiles , we found many damaged tiles. Deep scratches, chipped corners etc. I would say about 30 % of the tiles were defective. Also all their sales are final. Next time I am going to choose a store, where I can return the defective product.

X-Tiles had a very large selection of tiles from different price range and quality. The staff was able to provide good recommendations and we were pleased with the final selection. The polished porcelain tiles looked like marble, but at a much better price.
The selection and price was worth the trip. We will definitelly consider for our next bathroom project!

I went to X-tile to look for tiles for our basement floor. The customer service rep was friendly and very knowledgable. I needed tiles that would go on top of radient heating. Luckily the staff knew exactly the grade of tile I needed and was able to advise on the pros and cons of each choice. I would definitely go back to X-Tile again.

We needed to pick out tiles for our kitchen floor, bathroom floor and tub surround. Angelo was really great. He was so knowledgeable about the tiles and the suggestions he gave as to which tiles to pick and why were extremely helpful in making our decision. I have already recommended him to my parents and friends. The selection and price can't be beat.
