We have a wood burning fireplace from the 1970s. I called Metro Chimney to have the fireplace inspected and cleaned. From the very beginning to the end I was very pleased with this company. The phone was answered promptly (answered by Chris), and time was arranged quickly. Chris & Ryan came exactly on time, and went what I felt was above and beyond to explain fireplace maintenance to me and answer all my questions. I felt he dealt with me honestly and didn't recommend any unnecessary fixes. Chris is very knowledgeable about his product, and also builds traditional fireplaces from scratch. If I could give 12 stars I would, but for now it's 10/10! I highly recommend you call Metro Chimney!

My husband and I had a custom table made and were extremely happy with the results. It was well worth price, and the craftsmanship was superb! In comparison to what you would get from the expensive big box stores, having our dining table crafted was significantly much better value for our money. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is because we had to wait a bit longer for our table than quoted, but ultimately it was worth the wait.

We have 2 very young children so we go thorugh a ton of laundry each day. When my dryer broke down it could have been classified as a major disaster! Luckily Joe came to our aid. He was quick, friendly, and knowledgeable. When he was going to be late, he called to let us know which I really appreciated. Long story short, he rigged our dryer so that it would work until we could replace it. What a life saver! Thank you!

I went to X-tile to look for tiles for our basement floor. The customer service rep was friendly and very knowledgable. I needed tiles that would go on top of radient heating. Luckily the staff knew exactly the grade of tile I needed and was able to advise on the pros and cons of each choice. I would definitely go back to X-Tile again.

We had a family of racoons that took up house under our deck. Not only was that dangerous for our dog, it was also dangerous for our kids. GTA WR & PC were friendly and efficient. They came prepared, and knew exactly what to do. The racoons were removed, and a wire mesh was attached securely around our deck to prevent them from returning. We were very happy with the service since this company took the time to install the fencing below ground level as well so that the raccoons couldn't dig underneath to get in. Now that's attention to detail!

I had 3 ceiling fans installed earlier this year. Service was fast, friendly, and clean. We definitely plan to go with AC Electrical with any other electrical needs we have.
