I don't know why I didn't write this review at the time but I hired Metro to clean my wood burning fireplace and chimney last March. Mitchell was very careful and thorough. He put a tarp on the floor and when he was finished I could not tell he had been there. He also gave me some great guidance on using the fireplace as a first time user and made sure I knew how to open and close the flue. The fireplace has been working great over the holidays. I will not hesitate to call Mitchell again in the spring.

Mitch cleaned two chimneys in our house. He also provided detailed instructions on their use and how to test that the chimney liner was not leaking. His service was professional, educational, and well done.

FANTASTIC service. Im so happy I called this company to inspect and clean my fireplace and chimney. They did an outstanding job. I feel safe now using my fireplace as it had not been cleaned in a couple of years. They are returning in the spring to do some exterior chimney repairs that are needed. Would not hesitate in recommending this company.

Mitch and Chris did a fantastic job rebuilding the hearth of our fireplace (required due to some cracking in the original fireplace floor). They explained exactly what they would do before they started, and made sure we understood before proceeding with the work.

The work was completed exactly as described and for the agreed price. We are very happy with the work and look forward to seeing them next year for our annual cleaning/sweeping.

Chris and Mitch are a father and son team who were courteous, friendly, and very efficient. They followed all Covid protocols as they cleaned the chimney. I have no hesitation in recommending them.
